Wi-Fi was weak, had to use lobby.

Would recommend for families with children

The bed was incredibly comfortable and honestly, that made a big difference for me. Plus, the breakfast was fantastic with options that catered to kids too, we really felt like we hit the jackpot.

It wasn’t cheap, you know, but I guess we expected that for this kind of quality.

I had a great experience. The check-in was easy and fast. The bed was super comfy and the room offered a fantastic view. The location is ideal, just a short walk to attractions. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. 🥞

Had a great time with my friends! The location was perfect for exploring downtown, and we enjoyed visiting local attractions like the zoo and the science center. The restaurant downstairs was convenient, and we loved the friendly staff. Just keep in mind the parking fee can add up.

At check-out, there was some confusion about an unexpected room service charge. It was frustrating since we didn’t order it, and it could've been handled better.

The outdoor pool had an amazing view of downtown Calgary! ☀️ The staff was accommodating, but the breakfast options were a bit pricey and not up to par. Overall, a great stay!

The breakfast at Hyatt was a culinary delight, especially those American pancakes! Super clean rooms with comfy beds made our stay a joy. Plus, the location is spot on for exploring local gems like Charcut and Modern Ocean!

The staff in the Regency Club had a horrendous attitude, sending us packing early and infuriating my family. Checkout was chaotic. we spent ages waiting for the elevator while feeling ignored by management. Not cool.

The Corner King Room was super comfy and clean. Awesome modern bathroom with a great shower. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! We had a nice view of downtown Calgary from the 10th floor, which made it even better. It was quiet too, perfect for a restful stay. Check-in was smooth, and everything felt well-maintained.

Fantastic location and helpful staff!

I booked a birthday stay for my boyfriend, and we were delighted by the warm welcome and thoughtful gestures, like a cake in our corner suite. The room was spacious, clean, and functional, complete with a water filtration sink. We enjoyed the vibrant nightlife nearby and the excellent amenities like the pool and sauna. The only downside was the temperature control in the room, which could be a bit tricky.

The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to key attractions like the Calgary Tower and Stephen Avenue. The king room was clean and spacious with excellent amenities, including a fruit buffet that we enjoyed at breakfast. The staff demonstrated outstanding service, especially the receptionist who was exceptionally friendly. However, the concierge faced challenges with restaurant reservations as they required a credit card number, which complicates things. Additionally, while the pool area was enjoyable, some areas of the gym could use better maintenance.

Perfect location right downtown! The corner king room had a stunning view of the Calgary Tower with a comfy bed and a spacious setup. Loved the hot tub and steam room, but the pool was packed with kids, making it tough to enjoy. Breakfast was a win, especially the giant pancakes and tater tot bowl.

the staff at hyatt regency were super helpful right from check-in. they held our luggage and offered great suggestions. the queen room with club access was exceptional, and the fitness centre on the 18th floor was a nice touch, especially with its great downtown location.

The heated floors in the corner suites make stepping out of bed a real treat. A large 65-inch TV dominates the relaxed atmosphere—perfect for unwinding after a long day in the city.

Towels felt mediocre and the room itself looked out onto an uninspiring concrete slab with electrical connections. The restaurant prices seem inflated, and for the amount I paid, a microwave would’ve been a nice touch to have in the room.

The Hyatt Regency provided an excellent experience for my business trip. The staff was exceptionally helpful, assisting with any inquiries promptly and going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The spacious room not only had great views but also boasted a very comfortable bed. Fast and free WiFi was a major plus, allowing me to perform work seamlessly during my stay. The on-site business center was well-equipped, aiding significantly in my meeting preparation.
